I bought a Netconnect package (modem etc.) which didn't specify which
version
I would be receiving. I assumed, as they were advertising NC3 in December's
edition of AF, that's what I would be receiving. Upon receipt of NC2 I
challenged
them only to be told that NC3 was unavailable and didn't work anyway.

Thanks for the advice but you can understand my feelings as, in the past
nine
months, I have spent well in excess of 1000 with them and expected to be
treated better than this. I have not threatened them with any action merely
stated what I considered to be the facts. To be told I have an 'unreasonable
attitude' has, somewhat, got my back up.
Regards
Paul C.
