about [netconnect] (Fwd) Speed Increase

> Change MAX MEMORY to 512
> Change TCP BUFFER send to 16281 and receive to 32562
I've yet to work out if anything can be achieved with the 'Initial
chunks', 'Chunk', 'Cluster chunks' and 'Cluster size' settings, and if
anyone could explaine what they are and how they relate to each other.
I have some memory to burn, (20MB), so if changing the settings means
I use more memory but gain in writting efficiency, then tell me how.
I get something someone once called 'modem over-run', where the data
arrives faster than my computer can write to disk and flush the buffers,
so ends up having to re-fetch or halt data.. I sounds to me like very
small amounts of data are being written to the harddisk, which to me,
feels like a waste of 'CPU' time, I would really like increase the size
of the 'writes' to something bigger than my biggest mail, (500kb).
Does anybody have any suggestions?
