Wrong! The contract says "The author or the publisher reserves the right to
withdraw the software from NetConnect provides 30 days prior notice is
offered."
Nothing written (on paper) required. The same in the Genesis contract.

You got all those mails before WOA, you replied to the one you are talking

again, I did not claim that, I just made an estimate based on your earlier
statement that NC3 would sell more copies than NC2.
I don't know why Haage should make up anything, but you have good reasons
to do so.
