Who said that? No-one is absolutely perfect!

But, you need to remember that the *majority* of people are happy *and*
every other programmer has been paid, other than Thomas Bickel.

There is a *lot* of past history between myself and Thomas Bickel, he's an
extremely hard person to work with (and, believe me, what he's told you
about 'the situation', isn't the complete story) and I found to be very rude
when I supplied information to fix the problem within the device - he also
constantly claimed we were selling far far more NC's than we were, which
caused constant tension :(

The problem I had is this - I do not want to pay Bickel until he fixes the
device and I don't want to pay, as who said he will fix and send the device?

Therefore...it was a good idea to bring in a third pary: The situation is
very ironic as it was about to be resolved very shortly via a payment from a
third party, namely Haage&Parnter. They would act as a third party, as they
are the world-wide NC3 distributors, so they are very away of a) how many
have been sold and b) the future of the software. So they are in an ideal
position to pay and receive the device.

The other ironic thing is that Haage are offering, and I'm going public on
this, around 6000DM for the device - this is a staggering 2000 simply for a
part of Genesis! Considering we've sold almost *no* copies of NC since
February, and no more than around 50 since Xmas, this is a seriously high
amount of money, for any shareware programmer!

I have no idea what benefit Bickel thinks he will now gain from going
public. I'm going to speak to Jurgen today and update him on this situation.

Chris.
