For starters you mentioned this within a number of emails, but, more
particularly, you mentioned it to Haage&Partner when stating '1500 sales
owed + 50% for piracy', which is a staggering 2250 sales!
If you want 50% for piracy, why don't I ask for 50% for supplying a faulty
device, for months, whilst being paid? :)

No, the first time you 'fixed the bug' and *told* me you fixed the bug was
in a mail in April saying 'I fixed the bug last summer...but you aren't
getting the device'.
Besides, it was January 1999 when I first informed you of the bug, telling
you again on at least two occasions between Jan 99 and June 99 that the bug
existed - you told me at least twice that 'the bug isn't in appp.device!',
until finally admitting, about 5-6 months after first telling you of the
bug, that the bug was in appp.device.

Well, they told me it was a little less than this, but this is a figure I
know they'd meet - although you asked Markus for, wait for this folks,
10000DM! �3400~.
Now, this is what Markus told me, so no doubt you'll tell me it's 'all lies,
lies I tell you!', but I trust Markus more than I trust you, I'm afraid :-/
So, if you are asking for 10000DM, and they offered 4000DM, initially, don't
you think that they aren't going to, perhaps, justify 10000DM?
This is the sort of stuff you should be talking about in private, IMHO. If
you do not want to get this sorted out, forget it then.
