Differences exist within the FOSSCOMM group, need to be sorted out.
There is a negative and positive for any CMP (Com Min prog), how many
will leave then to build another coalition to include the items left
out, and how many will leave if certain items are left out.

Am adding one point to KG's 3 (am not going to argue also included in
Nagarjuna's 7 or not),

"Resisting all forms of legal threats to free and open source
software; campaigning and co-ordinating efforts for expanding the
public domain/commons both in law and in practice."

 Do not see why any organization/company would find this a problem.
Or CMP is considered to be closed?
