I had asked this question during the formation of consortium in karnataka for i...@schools training program and now another training program is going on for DIET incharges , things are happening not according to the plans.. Lack of commitment should be taken seriously i agree to the point that "how realistically any one will commit matters a lot" if some one wants to say that they are contributors let them make it clearly and if some one wants to be volunteers let them commit for that , instead saying that they will be volunteers and inside if they have intentions of remuneration that would be a problematic situation, it would be better to make it clear that whether any one wants remuneration or not next those who intend to contribute/support/work should not really bother about the acknowledgement they get ( each one's contribution is equally important ) though expecting a recognition and acknowledgement for the work they do is a symbol of a every good human at some times it may so happen that they may not get recognized for some reasons for which there should not be any issues raised Just for the sake of name and fame if some one wants to be part of the project then it becomes another new sense. This infact will give a very bad name for the community. my suggestion is only the serious guys have to be invovlved ------ also what are the consequences if some one commits for something and will not adhere to it has to be added ---------- > 2.
