Thank you for the quick response. The decisions are ataken at Railway Board
level. As of now There are no rquirements document prepared. Normally, the
FOSS has not been videly discussed in this circle. There are enthusists
within the organisation who can be gathered.
I do not have a clear roadmap on how do i proceed further. kindly guide.
