thanks for keeping us updated , so what are the models Railways engage in
wrt to vendors ,i am sure it has to some tendering process , with
conditions  so many years of existence , so much of turnover or people etc..
if poc is  feasible is that a paid one or is it an onus of Vendor to pay for
it . just curious what is going to  happen to the existing project?
