Dear All,
There are many state govt who are ready to adopt GNU/Linux but many
are not comfortable.
Do anybody know reason why some state govt is preferring M$ Windows based
solution ?
If any state govt is not adopting GNU/Linux then
either
1) it is Corrupt
or
2) they do not know existence of GNU/Linux
or
3) GNU/Linux adoption process is going on and 100% removal of M$ is not
done.
In case 1&2, "what a shame"
There can be many other reasons for it.
At the same time, how we can know status of foss-adoption in various
states..
