how many use Support service from Microsoft ? Infact Windows create more
problem then Linux. most of the problems in LUG forum show that some
hardware do not support Linux. Otherwise I do not think support is a very
big issue. we need need admin person and local vendor who can install
GNU/Linux.

+1 , It is very sad thing that people who sit at top level Govt is unaware
of things.
I must say, IAS exam must add a extra subject on "GNU/Linux and IT"
