Hi,

I tried starting x from the console as myself (not root) , but I'm not
allowed to use startx unless I'm root.

I can't seem to find an Xwrapper on my system either, is this a shell
script, or a binary I can download?

I'm really confused as to why I can't login with xdm as root or myself,
but I can run startx as root and it loads up fine. Could it be the xauth?

Thanks
