MEETING OF MONTENEGRIN PREMIER WITH OPPOSITION LEADERS
REFERENDUM ACCEPTABLE IF ORGANIZED BY CONCENTRATION GOVERNMENT
PODGORICA - Montenegrin premier Filip Vujanovic has started talks with
leaders of opposition coalition "Together for Yugoslavia" on referendum
for the independence and future of Montenegro.
Pro-Yugoslav block accepted Vujanovic's proposal enabling to the
opposition full control of economic reforms and privatization process.
Leader of Socialists People's Party Predrag Bulatovic accepted the
holding of referendum for Montenegrin independence if "it is organized
by the concentration Government, which should include representatives of
all parliamentary parties in Montenegro".
Vujanovic said that Montenegrin minority Government would consider this
proposal of three coalition parties, members of the coalition "Together
for Yugoslavia". He also repeated that Montenegro does not recognize the
FRY Government.
After these meetings Vujanovic said that talks were very constructive
and that they marked the beginning of dialogue between authorities and
opposition in order to overcome tensions and fasten Montenegrin
integration in European processes.
SESSION OF THE MONTENEGRIN PARLIAMENT:
DOCUMENTATION AGAINST "NATIONAL" ACCUSATIONS EXISTS
PODGORICA- MPs in the Montenegrin Parliament did not form yesterday a
commission, which should, on the request of the coalition "For
Yugoslavia", investigate the facts and allegations about illegal
transport of cigarettes in Montenegro.
Answering the opposition claims about existence of "parallel budget only
for the personal needs of the state officials", Minister of Finance
Miroslav Ivanisevic stated that he carefully reviewed the documentation
of Finance Ministry and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and that "all
relevant and complete documentation about the Government's work is
available".
Ivanisevic did not bring to the Assembly the necessary documentation,
although he indicated few days that possibility. Opposition said that
without that documentation the mystery remains who had decided to buy
plains, who was a creditor and when the decision was made.
Ivanisevic claims that these plains are bought with the foreign credit
and that they were property of the Montenegrin state. He said he would
give for review documentation only to the parliamentary commission,
because it is not job of ministers to bring in the parliament state
documents.

SUSRET PREMIJERA CRNE GORE SA LIDERIMA OPOZICIJE:
PRIHVATLJIV REFERENDUM U ORGANIZACIJI KONCENTRACIONE VLADE
prihvatio odrzavanje referenduma o drzavno-pravnom statusu Crne Gore
"ukoliko ga organizuje koncentraciona vlada, sastavljena od predstavnika
svih parlamentarnih partija".
smanjenja tenzija i brzeg ukljucivanja Crne Gore u evropske integracije.
ZASIJEDANJE SKUPSTINE CRNE GORE:
DOKUMENTACIJA O OPTUZBAMA "NACIONALA" SPREMNA
dokumentacija o svim poslovima vlade.
