I think that's the one a friend of mine talked about; it was an industrial V-4? Anyway, I remember the name, but not much else. That's not all about Citroens, by the way. Some of the owners would be playing around in Salt River bed in the sand when it was dry, which is most of the time, down in Tempe. Like the Porsche 356, it looked like an upside down bathtub. Citroen stopped exporting to the states when they came out with the more stringent emission laws and also they didn't feel the need to prove its crashworthiness by destroying them for DOT. Kinda like Porsche: they didn't feel the need to prove their first over 200 mph production car (can't recall the name they gave it) with around a $200,000 price tag in a crash test either. Far as I'm concerned, if it's good enough for German use it certainly oughtta be good enough for here. Wal Mart is proof that in the U. S. people would rather put up with poor quality and low price than higher price and great quality. It's the opposite in Germany and Japan. I wouldn't be surprised if they shipped U. S. -made Hondas to Japan if they wouldn't have to remove the flaws before the Japanese would buy it... They did, with U.S. cars shipped there in the 70s and 80s. I don't know past then...
