Regardless of the dumb-ass speeding around the freeway like Al Uncer, Jr., to be greeted at gun-point by a state-trooper in plain clothes who doesn't announce that he's a cop for 5 seconds... I'd be afraid of the police in Maryland too.
I mean whens the last time you had a cop draw his gun on you when you got pulled over for speeding... and don't tell me it's because he was backing up - there was a marked state trooper car behind him. He wasn't going anywhere. This cop was as big of a jack-ass as the guy on the motorcycle.
