Absolutely no luck decoding the HONDA jet needle code J3JA I guess if you want an adjustable needle then get a kit. I did find out that the slow jets are keihin N424-21 . However I got conficting information on the stock size of jetting some say pilot is 35 others say 38, same for main jet 110 or 112 depending on where you look. Might be a California model thing.
