I just pulled the plugs and got the engine unstuck. Oil is running out that
hole as expected. I am looking into tapping out the old thread and putting
a new plug in there.

I have a lot of brown stuff shooting out at me from cylinder 3. I dumped
some oil into each cyl earlier today. It looks like a mixture of oil and
water. The oil coming from the hole is nice and black. I have good
compression on 1+2 (around 120) way too high on 3 (over 200) with the brown
soup and no compression (under 50) on 4.

I will plug the hole, drain and add oil and see what happens. I also need
to rebuild the carbs and everything else.

Just wanted to make sure that this hole should be plugged.
