Sorry Graham. At least your getting gas.  Air filter clogged? Mouse nest in the 
exhaust? (Is that better) ;-) If its flooding, and it is getting spark, 
assuming compression is decent, then it has to be in the carbs. Just double 
check your work, and set the fuel screws to 3 turns out. She'll start. Let me 
know how it goes.
