Did the hesitation go away after the 2 miles? If so then rejetting probably isn't needed, just leave a little choke on when you first start out. To most people's surprise intake mods have more effect on jetting than exhaust. You may want to turn out the idle mixture screws 1/8 turn or so to get a faster warm up.
