I am not a very aggressive rider... most of the time. That said, I rarely lean
more than just same position on the bike that leans naturally in a curve,
meaning fixed part of the bike. Maybe I do actually lean and don't realize it.
When I have a passenger, I tell them to stay part of the back rest and don't
counter lean. I only lean and hang off if I am playing around. I would
submit, and will probably get torn up for it, that if you need to hang off to
make a curve, you are going too damn fast. Certainly as a noob, I doubt you
will be that aggressive so soon. Know you may want to practice it, but see
two sentences back.
