Javier, since you are already in the Colorado Springs area, you MUST see the Garden of the Gods! It's gorgeous. And speaking of gorges, do you have a good reason to go to Denver? Someone to visit? If not,you can take Rt. 50 and see the Royal Gorge at Canyon City and then go north at Salida on 285. Take Rt. 24 at Buena Vista and either go through Aspen or straight up to I-70 and then over to Utah. You will love it.
Or go up to Denver as planned. Either way, you made it across Kansas, so now the ride begins. You will never forget the next few days of your life. Enjoy!
