tables.add() deprecation in favor of []= is wrong

The in-stdlib replacement is `Table[K, seq[V]]`. The nimbleverse has at least 
`adix/lptabz` which tries to be close to the stdlib Table interfaces while 
extending functionality and configurability/flexibility in several dimensions.
