Craig - Thanks for the tip.  I just put all four one bucket (auto),
with the idea of minimizing the number of buckets.  This forced me to
track the sub-buckets (cups?) external to MW.  I will give a shot to
allowing MW to handle everything as you propose.  It will certainly
cause an explosion to the number of buckets, but that may be easier to
deal with than the headache of managing externally.  Of course this
thread is called 'Best way to handle lots of expense buckets', so I
may just be trading one headache for another.

Do any other users have first hand experience with this?
