And one other tip. When it comes time to enter a transaction for Utility:Water for example I can type "Ut" in the Bucket field and then press the down arrow. When the drop down appears the first Utility in my list is highlighted and a few simple down arrow presses gets me to the utility I want. Press tab and you're ready to enter your memo.
