Your bank's bill payer feature won't let you cut them a paper check?   
It's one of my favorite features from DCU.  I can pay anybody I like  
using Bill Payer and if the recipient isn't set up to receive  
electronic payments from my bank then DCU cuts them a paper check and  
mails it.
