To reduce the potential complexity, I propose that the implementation of this,
if it is further pursued, be that MiniAccumuloCluster dump its configuration to
its working directory when it starts up, and an option be added to start
MiniAccumuloCluster with an initialized working directory as its sole parameter
(instead of a configuration file).
