Follow-up for the PostgreSQL `plugin_jar` failure on head `c72db80e`: I added a PostgreSQL-only MyBatis `byte[]` handler for the existing `jdbcType=BLOB` mappings. It uses `setBytes`/`getBytes` for `bytea` and binds nulls as `Types.BINARY`; the production mapper XML and MySQL/H2 handler paths are unchanged. `PluginMapperTest` now round-trips a non-empty binary jar as regression coverage.\n\nLocal verification on clean schemas: PostgreSQL 14 — `PluginMapperTest` + `NamespacePluginRelMapperTest`, 17 tests passed; MySQL 8.2 — same 17 tests passed; H2 — same 17 tests passed. The full MySQL 8.2 admin suite passed 1,723 tests (0 failures, 0 errors, 1 skipped). The full PostgreSQL 14 admin suite now reports 8 failures and 4 errors (down from 8 failures/16 errors on the prior head); all `PluginMapperTest` cases pass. Remaining failures are in the index-metadata assertions, transaction/rollback expectations, `ProxySelectorMapperTest`, and `TagMapperTest.
