The three PostgreSQL `TagMapperTest` errors share a production root cause.
`PostgreSqlUpdateInterceptor` intercepts every executor update and dereferences
`parameter.getClass()` unconditionally; valid no-parameter statements such as
`TagMapper.deleteAllData()` pass null and fail before SQL execution. I added a
null guard while preserving the existing `dateUpdated` mutation for
parameterized updates, plus an interceptor test verifying that the null
parameter is forwarded to the executor. `TagMapperTest` (10 cases) and
`PostgreSqlUpdateInterceptorTest` (4 cases) now pass together against
PostgreSQL 14; Checkstyle passes. Commit `93dc3e983` is pushed to this Draft PR.
