Are you using a Citrix Metaframe server by chance?

Subject: RE: 56k Modem Question

I just need dial-in access for a few users who are complaining about the
current modems (28.8k). But what I'm getting is that if I buy a 56k modem
(standard USR v.90), dial-in users with 56k will still only connect at
33.6k?

My options are to go digital, which seems very expensive for what I need,
which is 1-2 dial-in lines at this speed.
