I just found that same article too! My boss is a tried and true Novell man so he assumed it could be done under NT too. I guess we will settle for them seeing; but not being able to access the directories. As to Ed's questions, my answer is very similair to Roger's. The a/b/c was just an example but in reality I will need to set permissions on about 30 or 40 different sub directories so sharing them all out would prove even more cumbersome and much more of a maintenance nightmare. :)
