This is why I am down on using the Cloud in it's current form and function. Too many people (GOV, other companies, people with deep pockets) can get access to whatever they want. At least if your data is housed under your physical control then it makes it to some degree harder to get to and some of the methods to get to it would open the doors to lawsuits. I don't see the companies like Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, etc. pushing back on the GOV hard enough nor are they pushing their reps in DC to get the crook in Congress...uh members of Congress to stop this BS.
