I could write "go to http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/ and click on enterprise resources" if it is the ftp server that they do not like.
But they do not specifically say what exactly on that web page they do not like. Could be everything. Maybe it is the automatic MSP slipstreaming.
