I whacked my neck & back big time in a car accident - funny thing - after months of physiotherapy & pills and pins all that worked was using a chair at work with no wheels - no pressure tilt on the back rest etc. My physiotherapist recommended I try it as he believes people constantly and subconsciously tighten and relax muscle groups to counteract a chair with wheels tendency to slide back.
