Title: RE: chronic problems

You may still want to look at getting a pair of glasses that are designed for working on computers.  I wear a contact lens in one eye, the other is 20/20.  Yet, when I went to the eye doctor for my last checkup, they recommended getting some glasses that have the anti-glare on them.  I don’t use them all the time because I still am not used to them, but it may help.  A thought at least.

I'll try the lights, but I don't wear glasses.  I have 20/20 in both eyes.

What is your lighting like?  I turned off the florescent lights, and got a cheap lamp... I am doing much better.  One of my coworkers has a pair of anti-glare glasses, too.  They look like thing wire frame glasses, but she loves them.

Speaking of problems from this profession.  By the end of the day my eyes are red and hurt real bad from starring at monitors all day.  I went to the eye doctor and he said everything was fine.  Do any of you have this problem?  I've try changing monitors and resolution.  no good.
