When I looked at lync it seemed to only connect to a pbx, its not an actual
pbx right? or did I miss something when I looked at it

I've seen them at quite a few customers and ranked well in telephony
assessments.

 

If you're replacing your PBX and you're a Windows shop, I'd strongly suggest
looking at Lync.

Anyone here using Shoretel for their phone system?
