I'm happy to disagree with you on that point.

PuTTY: Invaluable. Telnet, SSH and Serial Terminal in one program.
Firefox: I prefer not to use IE, especially in it's "Enhanced Security 
Configurtation" mode on a server.
Evince: A PDF reader is invaluable when the documentation you need is only in 
PDF.
WinSCP: I deal with Linux servers, so this is extremely useful for me.
WinDirStat: Probably the weakest one on my list, but I find I use it often.
