Ditto on that here at the PAC.

We use them to power Proxim Orinoco WiFi devices.
Its sweet when you have one hang up, all you have to do is connect through the 
Cisco Management software and power cycle the port.

We've been using Cisco Gig PoE switches for over a year to power our VOIP 
system and have had very good luck with them.

POE Gigabit? I wasn't aware that POE and Gigabit mixed...

But, it looks like it does. Also check out Netgear... as far as "cheap" 
switches go, I've had the best luck with them. I'm looking at model number 
GS724TP for $700 USD

But, I'd recommend the Cisco or HP switches if they are in your price range. 
The HP Procurve J9087A is only 10/100Mbit for the 24 ports (With gigabit 
uplinks), but it's about $1200 USD.
