Going with the Cheap-vs-Cisco/HP discussion...

I've done odd jobs with various companies in my area... and they look for the
cheapest possible solution. So, I've had my fair share with Linksys, DLink and
Netgear... and I must say, the Netgear ProSafe series is defiantly the best of
the cheap bunch. I also understand that DLink has a new "buisness" line of
switches, but I haven't had the *cough* pleasure *cough* to play with them.
Avoid Linksys like the plague. Anybody want some Linksys SRW2048s?

That being said, when I can convince a client to go with HP or Cisco, It's the
way to go.

But, why is the HP and Cisco gear so expensive for POE switches? Sigh.
