You'd be surprised at how many calls get generated just for lock-outs in
the AM. We tie our timesheet system to AD accounts so delinquent users
get locked automatically. But all in all, the call volume doesn't give
proper representation of the issues at hand which at the end of the day
are typical level 1/2 user training/standard troubleshotting issues.
