I charge per hour...however...

I have a client slightly larger (47 PC's, two sites, 3 servers), lumping
servers with desktops and dividing the math for last year it comes to
$420/yr per system, or $35/system per month. 

However, they average only 2-3 calls per day, you get 8-12 a DAY for 40
users? What kind of issues do they have? Seems like a LOT of calls for a
small group of users.
