We had a Konica machine several years ago when multifunction copier printers were just coming out. We had a model we nic-named the trainwreck. Anytime someone sent a print job when a copy job was in progress, you would wind up with no fewer than 12 pieces of paper jammed in its bowels. I actually ate that lease to get it out of my office. I learned a lot about copier salespeople and leases over that ordeal. We have been happy with the Sharp MFPs since then.

We are currently in the process of evaluating copiers. We currently have Canons and we have been pretty happy with them. We have had other brands in the past but the Canons were probably the most reliable. Currently we are looking at Savin and Konica Minolta as well. The Savins have some really nice features but I was wondering how reliable they are. Anyone have any comments on either of these two brands? Oh and how about Sharp?
