Most of my experience is with Canon, HP, and (Lanier, Ricoh, Gestetner which are all the same manufacture). Maybe newer models have improved but Canon has always has had the fastest interface. The last Ricoh we had was very laggy and I made our vendor replace it with a Canon after a year. Hardware performance is probably the most important aspect of a copier purchase. The ability for your vendor to support you quickly is a very close second. No matter what brand you use there will always be problems and if their response time is poor everyone will hate the hardware you bought no matter what it is.

Our company uses them in all our offices. We have about 70 of them under lease. Highly suggest you get the fiery's with them. Have had bad experiences with savin and konica.
