We have 2 of the Konica C350 Bizhub's. One is a piece of junk part of the year and works okay the rest of the year. They are the same age installed the same day by the same tech. Biggests issues are sales person "forgot" to mention they were EOL when they were sold, the scanning feature requires an open share on a machine some place to get it to scan anything, its presets for scanning quality don't allow for any change (you have only 3 dpi settings pdf and only a couple for either tiff or jpg each. Our staff listened to the sales person and did not hear what they said I guess because to get the machine to talk to a Mac would cost us an additional $2k+. Other than that they seem to run well but don't trust the numbers they give you for service loads. Heavy loads seems to just beat the machine to death. Oh and don't forget that the counter is based on passes the paper makes. If it is two color then in this model that means two passes. Their tech support generally seems to keep them selves 2 - 3 years BEHIND what is current. When Vista came out they had no driver support and had not even begun the planning for doing that. Their reasoning was that Windows 98 SE and Windows 2000 worked good why would anyone change?
