We use Kyocera copiers that also print, scan and fax (both from the top and 
from the network.) We've been very happy with them. The most recent ones 
have been very good, with the exception of the touch-screen. Personally, I 
think the touch-screen controls could have used some more in-house 
development before sending it out, but it's good. Our vendor has a good 
tech team and we have a good relationship with our Kyocera vendor. 

WRT the touch-screen controls. Switching to the scanner function can be 
somewhat annoying if you are in a hurry, as it takes about 10-15 seconds 
for the scan location virtual buttons to become active. However, once they 
are active, they pretty much work like a charm. The touch-screen controls 
are the only complaint I've got against our Kyocera KM-5050 
copier/scanner/printer/fax and only the one right outside the IT office. 
Probably because it gets the most use. :-)
