Hey guys;

 

Anyone out there using kayako for a helpdesk system? Looking for the
lowdown on it, seems like a very good and inexpensive system with a lot
of features. We also took a look at webhelpdesk.com and they seem fine
but they're crazy money. My boss wants a new helpdesk that can do multi
companies and has good reporting built in , SLA's etc...
