Guys, Thanks for the responses - much appreciated. I forgot about Remote Assistance. But, what I am looking for is something to compliment my KBox system (which works sooo easily). I can instruct the system to use several methods of remote assistance, by clicking an icon next to the inventoried PC, so I or my staff just click an icon and remote access is initiated. It's up to me to get the product installed, but the KBox like other management products has a module for that. I'll look into your recommended options, again, thanks.
