Reminds me of some (OLD!) Square D Topaz UPSes we had YEARS ago and I decided to take it upon myself to replace the batteries. I was successful, however not without slicing the crap out of my hand on the metal chassis. They were not meant to be field serviceable, that's for sure... Jonathan L. Maybe four years ago, we came into possession of a couple of their cheap consumer UPSes. They were crap. Now, everybody's cheap consumer UPSes are crap, but CyperPower was especially craptacular.
