I think the issues speak for themselves... 1. Change in representation, and lack of notification 2. Getting quotes wrong. Once or twice, I can forgive. 5 or 6 times is straining my patience. 3. Getting a quote for equipment that I had already priced on the premier page (rep had the equote) that is in excess of what my equote was. At the very least, explain the differences to me.
