:) I doubt the size of the company matters. I suspect the size of the purchase is what determines the quality of attention. We're a mid-sized company of around 5,000 but we get nice attention because we have the budget and make the pruchases to get that attention. If you call up and tell them you are outfitting 9 datacenters and expecting to supply 10-20 servers per datacenter with a X hour 24x7 support contract, you will get a different level of support then if you call and want 3 servers.
