Even more OTT but as we seem to be in rant mode....

I have a domain name with Vodafone, by a process of assimilation, as it 
was originally with Wave, and Wave was bought by Ihug, which was bought 
by Vodafone...

In my Vodafone control panel I can see my domain, but any attempts to 
modify the details cause the panel to error.
I have called Vodafone 3 times now, each time I have to wait 
20-30minutes on hold before getting put through to Vodafone business, 
and then waiting another 20minutes to be told to send an email through.
I am calling from Australia, so 20-30minutes on hold is $$.

I have sent two emails now and haven't had any reply. Last time I 
experienced this, I was sent a message to 'rate my satisfaction of my 
recent interaction with Vodafone'. My reply was not-so-nice, and 
lo-and-behold that didn't receive any follow up either.

All I need from Vodafone is my UDAI to get my domain the hell out of 
there before they screw it up and lose it!

Basically Vodafone has gone from hero to zero in my books... Buck up 
your act Vodafone or see a Telecom style mass-exodus...
